Interesting Architecture Photos

Here are some interesting architecture photos of a hair salon in Fuiku, Japan designed by architects Takuya Hosokai and Hiromasa Mori. It is interesting how the angle cuts down from the roof towards the ground. This creates a sense of "cutting edge" which is very fitting for a salon business that must keep up with current styles. The white exterior and interior speak volumes about something "new and fresh" which again fits a new hairstyle. The main window area is the cutting station area to bring focus on the core roots of this business. Though this design is set for a commercial business, I wonder how it would prevail as a house design with some slight modifications. I would certainly want some more windows if this was my house plans.
